Q. 1	Why we required Quality Pads for Pad Printing Machines?
Ans.	When a pad is moulded, the kind of silicone, surface finish and density of silicone are very important. our pads have very high resistance to tear and elongation.

Q.2	Hardness of Pads ?
Ans.	We measure hardness of pads in the scale of Durometer shore & scale. Harder the pad more the shore and value.Generally we supply pads in shore 2-6 values.Semi hard pad of shore 3-4 works for most applications.

Q.3	Longevity of Pads?
Ans.	Our Pads have long shelf life and specially our special oxide red pads. They consist of our special formulation.

Q.4	Delivery times for Special and Normal Pads?
Ans.	The delivery times of special pads only on request. Please Contact: - info@printingpads.com For Normal pads normally we need just a week to delivery small quantities.

Q.5	How Tampons Influences regarding printing?
Ans.	Transfer Properties of Printing Tampons or Printing Pads. TRANSFER For 100% transfer the following things will affect quality. Depth of cliché. (ideally 18-25 microns* Quality of ink (special inks are needed) Surface of pad Hardness of pad “Roll Angle” of Pad-(generally between 15˚to 60˚) Tip or Vertex of Pad (Never sharp) Pressure of pad on machine (adjustable). Mixture of ink with solvent. Advance Problems In case of use of inks which are two components the inks start reacting chemically in a few hours then the printing gets affected

Q.6	Pad cleaning tapes
Ans.	These Pad cleaning tapes are used in Tampoprint automatic ink pickup systems. Excellent tapes "Made in Germany". Pad cleaning system is integrated in the machine for:- Objective:- Automatic cleaning of the ink residue on the Tampon/ Pads. Prior to a machine stoppage to avoid that ink residue dries up on tampon, after a machine stoppage in order to remove dried-up ink residue. Advantages: no rejects due to misprints.
